Ok I am starting my cycle in about 2 days.
250mg test e week 1-10
50mg/day Winny week 6-10
Clen and Nolva are going to be takin during my PCT as well
I have a diet that I go by very religiously and I was wondering if any of you guys had any constructive criticism for me. This is my diet:
10 30 am:
-1 cup of cooked rice with 2 eggs OR 1 cup of oatmeal with eggs on the side
-Nitro Tech Protein Shake (protein/glutamine)
-8 oz grape juice
1 30pm:
-2g flax oil
-2 FAT turkey sandwichs with Non fat cheese mustard lettuce and whole wheat buns.
-Glass of skim milk
4:00pm:
-3 protein pancakes W/ bananas (very good)
-Non fat yogurt
- 2g flax oil
WORKOUT
6:00pm:
PWO
-Nitro tech protein shake
-Baked potatoe
8:00pm:
- Salad with non fat cheese and tuna
-1 chicken breast
-glass of skim milk
10-11:00pm:
BEFORE BED
-100% whey protein
I try to limit my card intake to only twice a day, in the morning and right after my workout. I drink a gallon of water per day.
