Help with flax seed oil ?

Hi Guys. I have just bought a bottle of flax seed oil and it states on the label that each teaspoon (5ml) contains 4,650mg of flax. So am I right in saying that 10ml is just under a gram of fat ?

Um, one tablespoon is equal to 15 ml of whatever your measuring...
one teaspoon is equal to 5ml.

A tablespoon of flax oil (15ml) is 14 grams of fat...if that helps...
