    How does this diet look?

Gear is 500/mg TessE and 40/mg Dbol

Meal 1: Myoplex with 1scoop whey. Usually add a little cottage cheese with it.

Meal 2: Oats or Tuna with 2slices of wheat bread. Tuna has 1spoonful Mayo

Meal 3: Lean ground beef, Green veggies, peanut butter or cottage cheese.
    (WO) 2scoops whey
Meal 4: Chicken breast, Red potato (3) usually small scoop of beans

Meal 5: Myoplex with scoop of why.

Meal 6: Usually just a 2 Peanutbutter sandwiches or can of tuna.

Myoplex seems to be working well with me, done alot of research on it, seems to have everything and then some for a complete meal, i know it digest quicker but i'm eating every 2.5 hrs or so. Also drink about a gallon of water daily, and take 800iu VE and Cod liver oil.

I'm 2.5 weeks into my cycle, showing good gains in everything, very happy with it so far, but if it can be tweaked i'd like to hear that also.

If you're trying to bulk that's not much food, in my opinion.

-Too many shakes. Plan to eat whole food all day, with the exception of PWO & possibly casein before bed.
-Do not like eggs? Substitute eggs into meal 1. Add oats.
-Meal 2: Oats or tuna? Make that oats and tuna. Cut out the wheat bread.
-Change that shake out for solid food.
-Meal 6: Try grilled chicken/sweet potatoes/broccoli or spinach.

my goal is 10-15lbs over life of cycle, already put on about 7lbs but im sure some is water weight. My prob. is i cant eat alot during meals, now that im eating a bunch of smaller meals, i dont know what happened to my stomach lol wont hold anything anymore. When i eat a chicken breast and veggies, i usually have to make myself sick to finish the whole plate, and its not big servings either.

PWO should consist of a whey protein and glucose. Then 1 hour later eat a solid meal. You want a meal that will asimalate quickly right after a workout.

Also might wanna have some cottage cheese before you go to bed for a slow digesting protein.

My suggestion? Scratch this diet and do some more research on bodybuilding nutrition. Search for articles by Chris Aceto.
