more vascularity
i know that havin a lower bf % causes u to look more vascular, but is there nething that i could eat or take to make my veins "pop" out more? I am currently 195 15-16% bf.

ive found that since its been summer, going out each day and tanning helps me shed extra sub-Q water and my vascularity is really good,
try laying out for 45min to an hour or so before you lift, it helps me loosen up, gives me energy, and I look f-ing great tan.
but your right, im not very vascular either, kinda sucks.

Arginine will help out (common in all NO products)...Also, MFT is correct....the heat will definately increase vascularity...sauna's and steam rooms make mine pop.
Other than that, to stay consistently vascular you'll need to drop bf% and water.

Not to hijack but ive used all the major NO products out there and just dont have good success with any of them,
Diablo, you said your about 15% im at around 10ish now and I can just start to see some vascularity now, so you'll prob have to go down another 5%.
You have to shave too. I shaved my legs like two weeks ago and now can see some webbing in my lower quads, pretty cool.

^^Gotta agree with the NO products...good pumps for a period of time but then not so much.
Vascularity has a lot to do with genetics, also. My forearms seem to maintain decent vascularity even while bulking.
