diet changes now i'm on gh????????
do i need to up my food intake now i am taking 3.5 iu of norditropin ed?????? my body fat is around 15% and i'm a rugby player
current diet
7am 4eggs scrambled 4 wholemeal slices of bred and half a can of baked beans
10am protein shake and a banana
1pm 1 large chicken brest and a jacket potato and salad
3pm 2 slices of wholemeal bread with a chicken brest
5pm tin of soup with a protein shake pre training
8pm post workout drink containing 25g protein 50carbs 10g creatine
9pm turkey, chicken, prawns or salmon with a cup full of pasta and mixed veg
1030 pm protein shake and a bowl of cereal
plus 4L of water a day and 1L of isotonic while training

If you're looking to gain weight while keeping yourself lean now is the time to do it. When the Gh somewhat starts to kick in you can up you cals and stay lean.

I think i got you. so just eat as normal till the norditropin kicks in, then say like i get down to 12% then up the cals to try and pack on muscle while trying to stay at 12%
right thats the target i'l post every week to show how i'm getting on

is this the norditropin or not cos i have only been taking it like 2weeks? i'm losin bodyfat for def, did a chest and biceps session tonight, as we dont train bodyparts at team training its like upperbody and lowerbody type sessions pushed up 150kg for 6 reps on bench normaly ony manage 3 max with that weight and i have been stuck at that since coming off my last gh cycle months ago! although i am eating better now and seem to be training harder because i'm tellin myself i need to trian harder 2 get benifits of the gh. got squats, deads and militery press included in a session on monday i'l let you know how i go cant wait for it already. goin to get my body fat tested to over the weekend then again in a month see how much it changes

Your diet looks good, you eat very regulary. Remember GH thrives on both carbs and fat, I think your carb level is fine but I would add a bit more fat to the diet during the day and perhaps make that a huge bowl of cereal with your protein shake before bed.
