    Protien Bars? good or Bad?

    They Ok to toss in a Cutting diet as Snacks?

    If they fall within your daily macronutrient limits sure.

    But are they healthy...no...are they good for cutting, no as well. They contain high GI carbs and also usually a lot of preservatives and hydrogenates.

    Wouldnt recommend them for cutting ever!!! The ones that are semi-decent taste like my grandmoms socks. Overall bars are not the way to go!!

    some bars are better than others and should not necessarily be shunned. But yeah...def won't work for cutting weight.

    Grandmoms socks are probably cheaper and you'll make her happy with all the visits.
    I find them good for losing weight, but they are so damn sweet. I like em with coffee

    Tnx for the comments, I wasnt sure were on the GI scale they were, so I figured to ask. I was thinking of using them for the extra protien, in 1 or 2 snack meals a day. But they are costly, so im sure I can find something else to substitute them with.
