    How do you guys cook your eggs?!

    so far ive jus basically done it with 1/2 tsbp of "i cant beleive its not butter"

    has poly and mono sat fat, low calories and no chol. and thats with 1 tsbp, i use 1/2 a tsbp

    what is another way to cook eggs guys?

    just trying to see what other alternatives is there

    i just spray the pan with Pam, pour in egg whites or whole eggs, and scrambel.

    Spray olive oil in the pan. 6-7 egg whites with maybe 1or 2 yolks sometimes. Brown eggs taste the best.

    lol, im not making fun of you, but you know the color of the shell makes no difference right?

    it just depends on the hen who hatched it and what color feathers they were

    Slaiv is right. Seriously though Breakfast, besides post work-out is the most important meal of the day. 10 - 12 whites and 2 - 3 whole eggs is more like it. 6 -7 depending on the size of the eggs is only 18 - 28g of protein, and the difference is only 80 cents. I never go less than 8, and that is when I'm hungover and don't fell like eating.
