    Ibs

    Does anyone here suffer with irritable bowel syndrome, Or does anyone have any diets i could follow its getting on my nerves going to toilet and weeing from my arse and having a bad stomach every evening, any suggestions would be great. Has anyone had a food intolerance test done, if so would you recommend it, any comments would be most appreciated cheers

    Look into probiotics and digestive enzymes, the ones by Udo's are supposed to be top notch.
