    need help asap

    well this is my story i get up every morning at 10:30 am eat a bowl of oats meal with 4eggs scramble, head out the door grab a carbo force at gnc and hit the gym until 1:30 after that i hit gnc again and grab a rtd lean body protein drink, sometimes i even stop at the dinner and get some home fries with 4 scramble eggs and turkey sausage, my question is after i get to work i am eating every 2 hours every thing that i see in sight in terms of grill chicken,hamburgers,rice, pasta , lots of water i have been eating like this for a while and havent really seen no crazy muscle mass well i weight 220 5'10"
    dont know my body fat i just need help setting up my meals so that i could start seeing good results.

    Most important thing to remember is to have protein, carbs and fats in every meal. Dont use the shakes and drinks as meal replacements, real food should come #1. If your gains are slowing then maybe you aren't consuming enough, work out how many calories you need to grow and make the proper adjustments in your diet, good luck.

    i've heard a lot about separation of fats and carbs...doesn't make a lot of difference for me at my level, but my extra meals I try to do one fat/protein and one carb/protein...maybe wasted effort? just mix it up?
