    zode's diet

    hi guys my goals are to slowly lose fat and not lose any gains.1year in the gym. i do not know my bf is. i am 20 5.9 195lb i would guess my bmr is 3132 i work 4am-1pm go to the gym 6days a week. 30min cardio pwo

    3:30am a shake 2xegg whites
    1/2 oats 1 scoop pro powder 1cup fat free yogurt3xstrawberries

    6:00am brown rice/chicken cal300 fat2 carbs37 pro35

    8:15am 2xegg whites 2x whole cal170 fat8 carbs2 pro18

    looks good to me, if you aren't losing the fat fast enough, then I would try switching some carbs for protein up to 100g of what you currently have worked out.
