sorry for the joke but I have been cutting for about 1.5 months now I started my cut relativly low bf 5'11" 212lbs 8.5%bf at 30 years old. My deit was very clean except for sundays where i pigged out one meal of the day and ate relativly clean throughout that day. I arrived at 198lbs yesterday at 5.5%bf!!!!!!! I didnt even think I was that low I thought more like high 6's. I got to get it tested for the first time in water and we all tested w/ calipers b4 hand (btw those fukers make a lot of money w/ those things!!! 80 bucks a pop and there was a whole gym pretty much.)

scoop of isolate
4 caps NO3 overload
3 scoops BCAAS (sip on throughout workout)
meal 4 post WO
2 scoops isolate
1/2 serving vitargo
BCAAS
meal 5 (dinner)
600 pm
large salmon filet
1 whole crown gently steamed broccoli
b4 bed 830pm
6 egg whites
tbsp flax oil
BCAAs sip on and put by bed for middle of night
this has been rough to stick to day in and day out but as the fat started really melting off I didnt want to cheat even on my cheat day I had to force myself to cheat. So I am going to up my cals. by about 100 perday for the next 2.5 weeks bringing them up by 1800cals and try and slap a few lbs of muscle back on. My vascularity has been friggin sick lately BTW I think the combo of low bf/high reps/ and ***** fats are to blame for the veins but I love them!!! the carbs were low troughout about 200gms ED,that was the hardest part, if i craved the hell out of them if it was b4 I trained I would allow myself an extra 50gms or so, from shredded wheat only. On cheat day i would eat around 350 grams of carbs then monday up my shredded wheat a bit then back to low on tuesday. I finaly feel totaly in tune w/ my body and can guage what I need more of and less of as of late
