    bf LOW i feel like columbus

    sorry for the joke but I have been cutting for about 1.5 months now I started my cut relativly low bf 5'11" 212lbs 8.5%bf at 30 years old. My deit was very clean except for sundays where i pigged out one meal of the day and ate relativly clean throughout that day. I arrived at 198lbs yesterday at 5.5%bf!!!!!!! I didnt even think I was that low I thought more like high 6's. I got to get it tested for the first time in water and we all tested w/ calipers b4 hand (btw those fukers make a lot of money w/ those things!!! 80 bucks a pop and there was a whole gym pretty much.)

    breakfast
    6 am
    1.5 cup dry uncle sams cereal w/ flax ( whoe wheat flakes an flax seeds)
    12 egg whites
    scoop of BCAAs

    snack
    830 am
    2 apples
    1 cup raw broccoli
    1 peice salmon

    meal 3pre workout
    1200
    6 oz chicken breast
    2 cups bite sized shredded wheat
    scoop of isolate
    4 caps NO3 overload
    3 scoops BCAAS (sip on throughout workout)

    meal 4 post WO

    2 scoops isolate
    1/2 serving vitargo
    BCAAS

    meal 5 (dinner)
    600 pm

    large salmon filet
    1 whole crown gently steamed broccoli

    b4 bed 830pm
    6 egg whites
    tbsp flax oil
    BCAAs sip on and put by bed for middle of night

    this has been rough to stick to day in and day out but as the fat started really melting off I didnt want to cheat even on my cheat day I had to force myself to cheat. So I am going to up my cals. by about 100 perday for the next 2.5 weeks bringing them up by 1800cals and try and slap a few lbs of muscle back on. My vascularity has been friggin sick lately BTW I think the combo of low bf/high reps/ and ***** fats are to blame for the veins but I love them!!! the carbs were low troughout about 200gms ED,that was the hardest part, if i craved the hell out of them if it was b4 I trained I would allow myself an extra 50gms or so, from shredded wheat only. On cheat day i would eat around 350 grams of carbs then monday up my shredded wheat a bit then back to low on tuesday. I finaly feel totaly in tune w/ my body and can guage what I need more of and less of as of late

    hell nothing is wrong bro I do look good, I freakin love it thats all. Im not a competitor and I will never get on stage and pose (its just not my bag). But the cats at the gym that competed a few weeks back are telling me I need to do it, but again i just wont do it. I am just posting my results from this deit is all.

    Bro, at nearly 6 feet tall and 2 bills with that bf%, you must look f'in sick.

    So what are your total kcal & macros? Seem low...did your strength suffer as a result?

    Also, are you running and supps/gear?

    You should pop up a pic if you have a cam.

    yeah macros are low around 250gms protein 200gms carbs and roughly 150gm fat that is where the cals come in so I am right about3100 cals ED. I am running 500 mg test enanthate per week w/ 100mgs ED proviron

    supplements are

    protein powder(isolate)
    NO3 overload(great no3 supp BTW LOVE IT!!!! helps when carb depleted to have a productive workout and pump so you keep going)
    fish oil caps
    flax oil
    multi vitamin
    BCAAS

    to be honest strength hasnt suffered at all and my rep ranges have gone up in everything , I really think the O-M-E-G-a fats have a heap to do w/ my energy and strength along. For bulking I usually run around 1gm test +an oral and cycle my anti e's throughout, so 500mg EW is conservitaive for me. I have a pic on my phone but I think I have to sign up for picture mail to send it and post it.

    I hear ya, BITTA. I'm 5'7, currently wei***ng about 172lbs at 7-8% and I feel a bit fragile myself.
