Interesting Nutrition Lecture Podacst
Podcast.
Sorry my spelling sucks, and it is like 5am (graveyard shift).
Anyway,
I have been listening to this on my Ipod durring my commute. May be borring for the more informed people on here. For noobies like me it is good basic info.

Did you find any of the lecturers to be especially interesting to bodybuilders? I listened to most of the one about protein, and then I started skipping around a bit. I was interested in what she had to say about consuming too much protein, but I couldn't find it.

Yeah the sports nutrition one is good. There is some interesting stuff about wieght loss, creatine, etc. She is very conservative compared to maybe many in this community but the sport podcast is a good primer on how things work.
