    protein blender recipes

    whats up guys? hey i need some help w/ finding some good blender recipes, either as MRPs or health shake or whatever?

    not the best recipe for anyone cutting...

    this is probably not the best shake for anyone looking to cut, but i find it great when bulking:

    One pint milk, 1 or 2 scoop protein powder (~30-60grams), 1 packet of nestle instant breakfast, 1 banana, 1 tblsp of oats. mix it all up. it tastes ok and has plenty protein/carbs.

    that comes in at about 650-700 calories and about 80g of protein. again, its definitely not a cutting recipe!
