I got a competion saturday and I've been winging this instead of hiring a nutrionalist. so any help would be greatly appreciated.
here is my carb count from sunday,
sunday - 100grams
monday - 30grams
today - 0grams
proposed ration for tommorow/wed: 0 grams untill 7pm, then 30gram servings of complex carbs every 2 hrs until 3 am.
thur - 30gram complex carbs every 2 hours starting at 3pm until 3am
friday- 30gram complex carbs every 2 hours starting at 3pm until 3am
sat - 45gram serving of simple carbs before competion
this is my first show and I would appreciate any advice that you all might have to offer,
