Diet for a sprinter
Any changes I should make to this diet?
Breakfast: 90-120min before workout:
2ser whey protein
2 ser oats
1 banana
First PWO ASAP:
postworkout shake
cal 740
pro:52grm
carb: 80grm
fat: 2grm
mct: 20grm
eph/dha 4grm
Second PWO: 60-90min later
tuna + protein
green veggie
flax
Meal 4:
chicken
green veggie
fish oil
Meal 5:
2ser whey shake
scoop of peanut butter
Meal 6:
