    NEW FOUND quik MEAL

    hey lately ive been making this one quik meal...

    i just take hammburger beef, through it in a frying pan.. and mix it with cottage cheese.....

    i use about a cup of cottage cheese maybe a bit more..
    and i fairly big chunk of hammburger... ill eat it in one or two sittings just depends on work

    but wat im wondering is if this is ne good.... or ways to improve it

    if the beef is 98% lean and the cottage cheese is low-fat, then it's a good combo for cutting, as long as you use a cooking spray to fry it. However, an addition of some fibrous veggies can't hurt!

    pretty much would only matter if your other 45 meals for the week were spot on. its useless to look at these details if the rest of your approach is out of sync. but there is never a problem with eating beef if your fiber intake is up. beef up my man... beef up.

    it actually sounds like a good meal to end your day with, right before sleep, provided that the beef is lean
