I am at the last month of my diet I started clenbuterol last Monday and I decided to take advantage while on clen and lower my calories as much as I can so I have been eating only one meal a day that consist of a chicken breast and salad with olive oil and after the workout an iso whey shake with some dextrose, I am drinking too much coffee and tea (with aspartame), I am 6.3 tall and 183lbs do you think I am messing up ? like ruining my metabolism or so?, should cheat once a week to be on the right track while doing this ?
