extra low calorie intake
I am at the last month of my diet I started clenbuterol last Monday and I decided to take advantage while on clen and lower my calories as much as I can so I have been eating only one meal a day that consist of a chicken breast and salad with olive oil and after the workout an iso whey shake with some dextrose, I am drinking too much coffee and tea (with aspartame), I am 6.3 tall and 183lbs do you think I am messing up ? like ruining my metabolism or so?, should cheat once a week to be on the right track while doing this ?

well I have clear visible 6 packs, and usually eat 7 meals a day, so in my opinion you are on the wrong track.

remember if you don't eat often enough, your body will think it needs to store everything it can, because it won't know there is another meal right around the corner. Head to the diet forum and read up on cutting diets.

+1 good point man... just by cutting your calories does not make you get ripped.... like you are thinking... you will loose all muscle you achieved and will look anorexic which is what you will basically be doing...

its a dumb move. you think you are helping the clen by lowering your cal intake???
all you are doing is slowing down your metabolism which is the very thing that propells clen in the first place. and second, you are setting yourself up for big time failure when you stop clen because you will have no furnace burning and you will gain back whatever you lost in those last few weeks... not to mention you will be gaining back fat even though you probably lost muscle. eat more.
