Rather than us take the time to write out what is already written, how about heading to the diet forum and reading up on bulking diets, then ask any specific questions you may be left with.
I did read those article, but it only give one exemple.
I want to know the most foods possible.
Because it's pretty difficult to eat everyday the same thing.
And when it's written "oat" or "oatmeal" is it those "oat" like Kellogg's korn flex ?
No its just raw oats.Originally Posted by pocketboy
Just make sure each meal contains complex carbs. lean protein and essential fatty acids and you are pretty much in the right ball park.
No, Quaker Oats is an example. Oats are not cornflakesOriginally Posted by pocketboy
Also, here's a helpful link: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...=shopping+list
thanks youuu
and the quaker oat is it also good ?
Because I love it ! (I eat many cups of just oats quaker)
the old fashioned ones are highly preferred as others contain lots of sugarOriginally Posted by pocketboy
Ice Cream Double Chocolate with Mayo
I eat that 6 times a day, and look at me 60 lbs up in 3 months
the old fashions one are like the "original" KELLOG'S CORN FLEX (nature) ?
no, oats as in oatmealOriginally Posted by pocketboy
chicken breast, oats, beef, sweet potatoes, tuna, milk, cottage cheese, whey.
I really don't see what's is the oatmeal
Probably not very popular in france

yes, that's it. get the plain kind in the big round container, the instant packs aren't as good for you.Originally Posted by pocketboy
the old fashionned quick ones are great ?
if it's the ones in the big round paper tub, then yep those are very good for you. the ones in the little box with small packs in it are loaded with sugar, I would stay away from those.
those should work fine. I was thinking of the 5 minute ones, but I compared the labels and they both look the same.Originally Posted by pocketboy

quick question regarding complex carbs, what do you guys see as being the most effective food for consuming those...
beans, sweet potatoes, red potatoes. these are my favorites.Originally Posted by MANchild

beans are my prefered but because of the gas problem I relay on the brown whole wheat pasta not tasty but fast and easy to make
Nice 10th post. He's referring to the flavored instant ones having way more sugar than the old fashioned type. What does "all sugar is the same" have to do with one product having more sugar than another?Originally Posted by MagicMan99
I no he was, and what im saying is It really doesn’t mater if its simple ofr complex but the amount you consume in that day and your over all protocol if you create a calorie deficit it just doesn’t matter.....Originally Posted by ImaGetBigger
seriously WOW!!
why dont you just sit down read, and figure out your own diet rather than eating a bunch of dif. foods?...
I figured pasta was a good choice as far as complex carbs go and a lot of you guys are talking about whole wheat pasta what could you add to spoof up the flavor without compromising the diet. Thanks again..

You answered my question, incorrectly I might add, so I ignored you. Everyone has a right to their opinion, and in this case I simply choose to disagree with you. Please remember that we are adults here, and calling me out will not help you in any way. Enjoy your stay.Originally Posted by MagicMan99
