    Everything in moderation,

thats a lot of milk your drinking there,

It also depends if your bulking or cutting, if cutting you may want to cut down on the milk because of all the Galactose,

Milk sugar does not do the body any good.

If youre a super skinny dude, then you might be able to get away with it. I cant imagine your gas. However, Id think with any matabolism, you'd look much softer drinking that much.

whoa, it seems your asking to get a kidney stone.

1 serving has 30% calcium, times by 16 servings, thats 480% calcium

not to metion the other calcium you get from your diet.

plus, all that sugar. I would def not drink that much.

I love it and feel fine when drinking it. With breakfast i have like a 32 oz glass, same with lunch, dinner and before bed. However my body fat currently is approx 13% I did do a cutting diet recently where i drank no milk and was able to get to 10%. since then a started drinking milk again and my bodyfat went back up. I know the sugar and carbs cant be good but as long as im not cutting im still gonna drink it.

How old are you? My 16-year old could get away with it and stay in the 10%-12% bf range, no way I could!

our strength coach in college was a huge milk fan, he had certain players drink a gallon of whole milk per day and yes they did they gain weight. i think it wouldnt be a bad idea for a winter bulker for someone who needs weight gain.

    whole milk is pointless.

style, use it with your protein and in the morning it is fine. just don't drink a gallon, you could use those calories for many other protein and carb choices.

a gallon of whole milk a day? i mean are you serious? even a gallon of skim a day...not healthy in anyway. I know milk has a lot of sugar, but isnt it somehow low GI?
