which one is better?
i like the whey, but i threw out my last bottle i had so i cant compare to the soy :'(
but here are soy

protein 20g !!!!!!!!
and alot of other healthy minerals too!!
but what is better between the 2?
im currently on a cutting diet, trying to lose bf% and tone up alot
im doing a carb cycling diet, i watch my macros carefully and strictly
