I would lose about 2 pounds a day on that diet. About the only thing I agree with is the high rep, low set workout he does.

As for his diet I have been doing it for 2 weeks before reading this article, you might be surprised that my energy level is higher in the gym, the first 4 days were hard but now its very good I don't feel hungry in the morning or at noon, but still 2 weeks is a little time , I have to try for 2 months to see if its good or no.
Thats crazy if I tried that diet I would shrink down to nothing real fast. Just goes to show you that different things work for diferent people
yup thats what I always say many things enter in the equation of our bodies there is many parameters like race,genetics,somatotype etc...everyone is different, my friend is a daily junk food eater but he have 6 packs all year round, and somehow I can eat junk and only get love handles I only store fat around my waist while some people get fat by just looking at a chocolate bar.Originally Posted by eacman65
