alternative foods to eat?
ok currently my diet is really clean, but I can't stand tuna and I dunno what to sub it with. Also I want to cut the cottage cheese out too, any suggestions?
Here's my diet also just so you can critique if you wish or add suggestions. I'm 5 foot 10, 210lbs
Meal 1
2 scoops optimum 100% whey protein powder
12 stoned wheat thins crackers (60% less sodium)
1 tablespoon peanut butter

I hate tuna too, but sometimes I think its one of those necessary evils....but if you really wanna get rid of it....you can pretty much use anything...its a pro/fat meal just use any other good source of protein...and maybe throw some fish or flax oil in with it. Just build it around your taste.

i know your tired of tuna but starkist has some gourmet yellow fin thats flavored.
i like them, their a little more pricey though. they are fillets, not all shredded up.
lemon and dill in olive oil is great. roasted garlic is ok. theres more.

I used to buy those microwaveable fish fillets by captain whosa whatsit...they are edible but when everyone around me started gagging from the smell I decided I should quit...

man i just got a bunch of diff flavored tuna fillets like mentioned before, there great.

they go good on whole wheat pita with some lettuce and some fat free italian dressing ummmm
