    Egg whites storage question.....

Well i like to have 8-10 egg whites in the morning, but its a hassle to get them ready before i go to work, i spend like at least 7-9minutes sorting out the yolk and them cooking them for another 3-4minutes.

Now some of you might say "why dont you just buy the carton of egg whites?" Well the carton is like $3 for like 3 servings of 3 eggs, so 8 eggs in total, but i can buy 1 1/2 dozen eggs for only $2.49 and i can have 18 servings!!

so i was wondering if can i seperate them before i go to bed and place them in this ziploc container that seals real tight

"Keeps cereal fresh and dry and fruits fresh etc.. etc..." is what the label says

and then put the container in the refrig.?

or it wont work like that? will the egg white spoil that fast? will i lose protein value for doing this?

thank you in advance for your help in solving this issue for me!! Lookin forward to hearing from you guys with some good answers

I separate my egg whites twice a day, at breakfast and before bed I have at least 12 egg whites. I buy a box of eggs at sams, 15 dozen for about $18. It takes me less than 8 minutes to separate and cook my eggs.

I'm pretty good and quick with the separating process now but if you're not go to a kitchen store and buy one of those separators.
