Well i just recently learned that some water/sodium manipulation may help in helping me lean out and of course get some more vascularity
but im clueless on how to go about it?!
do i just add some extra salt to my meals throughout the day? like if i make soy sauce chicken with 3 squirts of soy sauce, do i add an extra 2-3 squirts?
or when we talk about water/sodium manipulation, we do like 1 8oz glass of water and like 4 tblsp of salt and chug that crap down?!
any tips, tricks or some basic knowledge would be greatly appreciated, i know this can be kinda dangerous to do and i want to do it as safely as possible with no room for mistakes because this can cause some pretty long term damages if not permanent :'(
