No Carb Diet?! Get lean in 3weeks?!
well my cousin told me something that well... was kinda interesting for me to try, but at the same time contradicts everything i have learned so far...
My cousin is in wrestling (Highschool and soon to be college next week) and he has taught me alot about dieting and excersising as well as everyone here on this forum, thank you very much btw !!!
but now he told me he is going to try something new....
he is not going to eat ANY carbs for 3weeks so that he can lean up hardcore and get ripped!!
But its funny, this is the same guy that told me you need carbs to lose weight and get lean, not to mention all the feedback and advice you guys here in the Diet Forum have given me as well
Carbs to me are very important in a diet, the body breaks it down into amino acids and so on and so forth. Regulates your nutrient intake and feeds your body what it needs.
But like i said earlier, my cousin is very knowledgeable in dieting, and his coach is a pretty good one, one of the top coaches here in the Katy ISD (sorry i dont know his name)
but yea.... i want to know what you guys thing about a "No Carb Diet"
i guess just strictly protein and EFA's huh?
if in fact this kinda diet works for losing fat and leaning up, i would LOVE to try it, but like everything i learn, i like to hear the opinions of others before i do this. My cousin says it would be ok, but only do it for like 3weeks, i want to know a more professional and maybe more experienced answer from someone who maybe knows someone that already has done this, maybe they themselves have tried it, or has some sort of information regarding this approach on fat loss
