Diff. types of seafood??
I know that salmon is really good, but at my shoprite they have this really good cajun catfish, and was wondering if netype of fish is solid protein. Its pretty cheap, so i usually tell the guy to weigh out a pound, then u go home and throw it in my stove on foil for about 20 mins. Basically are all typed of fish good protein, or just sum?

All are good sources of protein, some just contain more fat than others like salmon, eel etc. Crab, lobster, mussels, shrimp etc are all also great sources as well.

I used to shovel down frozen prawns. Just buy a frozen pack, put in a bowl, pour some cold water for a minute or two, put the water out and eat. Give you 17g of protein per 100g. You can easily stuff like 200g, much better then choking on tuna.
