it was the carrots i ate that day, it is being recalled in over 12 diff states for having the bacteria "shingena"(sp?)

but yea, im sorry.... i didnt mean to alarm ppl that no carb diet will mess you up, it actually will help you lose body fat, but keep in mind your strenghts may weaken as well and pumps in the gym can to, which is why a pre workout and post workout meals consisting of some carbs is always great for workout days!!
once again im sorry, i just recently learned today about the contaminated carrots
