    I'm sorry, the "DONT DO NO CARB DIET" was wrong of me....

    i didnt get sick of that :'(

    it was the carrots i ate that day, it is being recalled in over 12 diff states for having the bacteria "shingena"(sp?)

    but yea, im sorry.... i didnt mean to alarm ppl that no carb diet will mess you up, it actually will help you lose body fat, but keep in mind your strenghts may weaken as well and pumps in the gym can to, which is why a pre workout and post workout meals consisting of some carbs is always great for workout days!!

    once again im sorry, i just recently learned today about the contaminated carrots

    once again, my apologies :'(

    good luck to everyone doin the no carb diet/atkins diet!! its great !!!

    How was it a zero carb diet if you ate carrots? Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't carrots have carbs?

    I SEROIUSLY suggest you read 2 books.. first the new atkins book yes its like 500 pages but you will learn a great deal... then read bout the south beach diet.. once you have soaked that all up (hopefully you can finish them both w/o skipping great deals of pages) then start reading on here and soaking up BODYBUILDING dietary ideas.
    you will be surprised at how much those 2 diet styles will assist you in your diet/training goals.

    atkins has a HORRIBLE STIGMA though it is a brilliant dietary guide for an average person for controlling blood glucose as it advocates a depletion phase, carb indtroduction phase, and healthy quantities of good wholesome foods and good fruits/veggie ideas.
    but even after reading those two important sources of invo NEVER FORGET IT IS STILL CALORIE IN vs CALORIE OUT that dictates what happens to your fat reserves.

    im so sick of hearing bout BUT WHITE BREAD HAS LOWER GI than WHEAT yeah.. kuz it has fiber.. eat some metamucil with ur white bread tuna sandwhich and your fine.

    That is the keystone that people fail to grasp. To view the micro view rather then focuing on the macro view.
