    What would you eat before a first thing in the morning workout?...

    Talking wake up at 6am and go to the gym

    dextrose 20 g
    whey 5g
    leucin 1g
    vit c 100 mg
    vit e 60 iu
    some sodium
    potassium 100 mg
    magnesium 100mg

    thats the drink i sip on before and during my workout...

    But I figure I'd need something to eat just before i start.
