well i just recently purchased some whey protein that was on sale. With the purchase of the protein you gell a free diet plan book from "Jay Robb" the maker of the whey protein and the creater of the Fruit Flush 3 day detox diet
Basically what it says is eat nothing but fruits every 2 hrs for 3 days every week for about 10 weeks and you can shed alot of weight!!
Here is how it looks like
1 day to start out you need to
Pre-Flush
8am 6oz glass of protein mix
10am 6oz glass of protein mix
Noon 6oz glass of protein mix
2pm 6oz glass of protein mix
4pm 6oz glass of protein mix
6pm 3-6 cups of raw vegetables salad and 3-6oz of either lean turkey, chicken, fish, beef or scramble some 4-8 egg whites. The salad you can add 1-2tbs of olive or flax seed oil
Days 2-3
8am 1 serving of fresh fruit
10am 1 serving of fresh fruit
Noon 1 serving of fresh fruit
2pm 1 serving of fresh fruit
4pm 1 serving of fresh fruit

You do this for 3 days straight out of every week, for example,

10week will be last
and if you like the results and you feel much better in general about life, physical, etc... etc... then you can keep it up

so yea it has much more in depth info on it, like the fructose in fruits and how it takes 90minutes for it to enter your blood stream, avoid certain protein that have this and that, and much more info
but im wondering what do you guys think? what are you thoughts and opinions on this fruit diet in helping you lose weight and lean up?
and for the first day of every week you drink protein shakes all day, i hear alot of you guys saying thats not good, but thats why im wondering what are your thoughts on this diet
it sounds very tasty!! id like to try it, but i want some personal opinions before i do. And you get to eat fruit every 2 hrs so you wont be hungry all the time!!
