    Fruit Flush diet?!? Feedback plz

    well i just recently purchased some whey protein that was on sale. With the purchase of the protein you gell a free diet plan book from "Jay Robb" the maker of the whey protein and the creater of the Fruit Flush 3 day detox diet

    Basically what it says is eat nothing but fruits every 2 hrs for 3 days every week for about 10 weeks and you can shed alot of weight!!

    Here is how it looks like

    1 day to start out you need to

    Pre-Flush

    8am 6oz glass of protein mix

    10am 6oz glass of protein mix

    Noon 6oz glass of protein mix

    2pm 6oz glass of protein mix

    4pm 6oz glass of protein mix

    6pm 3-6 cups of raw vegetables salad and 3-6oz of either lean turkey, chicken, fish, beef or scramble some 4-8 egg whites. The salad you can add 1-2tbs of olive or flax seed oil

    Days 2-3

    8am 1 serving of fresh fruit

    10am 1 serving of fresh fruit

    Noon 1 serving of fresh fruit

    2pm 1 serving of fresh fruit

    4pm 1 serving of fresh fruit

    6pm 3-6 cups of raw vegetables salad and 3-6oz of either lean turkey, chicken, fish, beef or scramble some 4-8 egg whites. The salad you can add 1-2tbs of olive or flax seed oil

    You do this for 3 days straight out of every week, for example,

    1week
    Mon-Wed. Fruit Flush Diet
    Thurs.-Sun. Regular healthy diet

    2week
    Mon.-Wed. Fruit Flush Diet
    Thurs.-Sun. REgular Diet

    3week

    4week

    .......

    10week will be last

    and if you like the results and you feel much better in general about life, physical, etc... etc... then you can keep it up

    but yea, the book is called

    "Lose up to 9 Pounds in 3 Days! Fruit Flush 3-Day Detox by Jay Robbâ„¢"

    so yea it has much more in depth info on it, like the fructose in fruits and how it takes 90minutes for it to enter your blood stream, avoid certain protein that have this and that, and much more info

    but im wondering what do you guys think? what are you thoughts and opinions on this fruit diet in helping you lose weight and lean up?

    and for the first day of every week you drink protein shakes all day, i hear alot of you guys saying thats not good, but thats why im wondering what are your thoughts on this diet

    it sounds very tasty!! id like to try it, but i want some personal opinions before i do. And you get to eat fruit every 2 hrs so you wont be hungry all the time!!

    but yea.... thoughts or comments will be GREATLY appreciated!!

    Possibly one of the worst diets around. No offense but you need to slow down, I mean i havent even been on the board as much recently but I still know that you create a new thread in the diet forum at least every other day.

    Start READING and taking in info, and I dont mean from wack-job money hungry morons who write books that fat ass pig ugly 45 year old virgin women buy who watch Oprah like its a religion.

    If you didnt realize this moron includes NO caloric breakdown. That in itself should be enough to tell its stupid. And eating one meal of protein in a day?

    Like I said, if you are even questioning whether this is a good diet you need to stop posting a new question everyday and literally go an read for a few months then come back.

    Id stay away from that much simple carbs. real protien that comes from food has its own benifits. I dont see any reason to do this to yourself

    but its only for 3 days.....

    well i mean come on guys, im not saying im tryin it, i just got a diet book, didnt u guys tell me to start reading more? thats what im doing, and the guy sounds very convincing!!

    so this isnt a good diet to do?

    and i HAVE been reading alot on this board, an all fruit diet seems to be a bit extreme on your body!!

    all i wanted was feedback from you ppl, why are ppl thinkin im approving this diet, or this diet im going to do, or i recommend this diet to everyone trying to lose weight?!

    all i wanted was feedback, i wanted to read what others think about it, to see if im on the same level as you guys, thats all, do not get it twisted by saying slaiv why are you going to do this? or man u dont read at all, how can yo uactually beleive all this junk?

    I believe that a reasonable amount of fruit is good for you during the early and/or middle part of the day, but eating nothing but that for even one day scares me because it means I didn't get at least 150-200g or so of protein.
    Some unconventional temporary diets have their purpose and are arguably good, like the Ketogenic diet for example...My feedback on this one is that it blows.

    one big tell-tale sign the guy doesn't know what he's doing is notice he says his diet is to "lose weight", not bodyfat. sure, you'd lose weight on his diet, but it would be mostly muscle cause there'd be no protein to preserve it. also, what lame-@ss reasoning does he use for his "all protein powder" pre-flush? it's a marketing ploy to get you using tons of their protein. almost an entire day of powder protein finished off with one solid meal? not even remotely close to healthy. the guy is an idiot. just another guy trying to get some recognition by throwing something out there they obviously know nothing about.

    i can pretty much guarantee you won't find a pic of the guy who made the diet anywhere and if you can find a pic somewhere and the guy is in shape, it's not gonna be him but a paid model.

    buy this book and champion bodybuilding and read both of them multiple times till you can recite out of them.

    You are wondering why we were calling you out and saying you have no knowledge? It's fairly obvious, you are tryin to cover your tracks now and say you thought the diet was weird and JUST WANTED TO SEE IF WE WERE ON THE SAME LEVEL....nice try. Lets go back to your original post shall we.

    im not backtracking or trying to cover up anything, the diet sounds delicious and too good to be true! thats why i wanted opinions and thoughts about it

    and if you had any common dietary knowledge you'd KNOW that you dont lose 300g of protein when you jizz.. thats like a WHOLE DAYS worth of protein consumption lost in a TINY LIL WHITE GLOB...

    here let me put it in perspective for you.. in the DRYEST LEANEST TURKEY there is almost 9g of protein per OZ..
    u would have to eat 33oz of TURKEY to equal 1 LOAD of jizz? im sorry.. but even w/o my pocket fisherman food scale.. i can tell you that 3ml of jizz is not equivalent to 2lbs of super lean dry ass turkey.

    really.. bino is just scratching the surface here..

    if we lost 300g of protein every time we jizzed, i'd be shriveling up like a supermodel and i'd be in a protein deficit, lol. me and my ex used to have sex like 3-6 times a day the first few weeks we had gotten together. that's 900-1800g of protein that i would've been losing a day. lol, imagine that. you'd be like the guy from scary movie that shrivels up when he explodes in, on, and all over, that chick when he launches her to the cieling.

    well u better start eating 18lbs of dry ass turkey breast a day to compensate!
