    Fast Food?

    When was the last time any of you ate fast food? I haven't had any for over three years... untill tonight. I just got off duty, i was hungry and on my way home(bad excuse i know).

    The first bite was ok, I think i was just hungery though cause every other bite was horible. I was only able to eat a few bites of it before I had to stop. Then the smell of it started to get to me. I had to unwrap it and toss it out of my jeep. When I got home i started feeling nautious(how ever you spell it), and disgusting. Like my mouth was covered with grease and it wouldnt go away.

    Anyone ever feel guilty for eating some thing?

    I ate my girlfriends sisters vag....that made me guilty.

    Jk - yeah when i cheat and it that stuff i feel guilty; however, if i have one fast food meal a week during my cheat day i really dont feel bad at all. I think your crazy not to think it tastes good lol

    I know that greasy nauseous feeling. The ground beef fast food joints use has really high fat content. I always go for the grilled chicken. Subway isn't too bad.

    i used to eat fast food all the time a couple years ago when i wasnt serious about lifting and didnt care about diet, now i eat it maybe once a year, and even then ill get grilled chicken sandwich or something along those lines

    Grilled chicken from a fast food joint!?!? no way, i had to go with the greasest cheeziest mound of meat they offered.

    For me one meal a week is a cheat.
    Worst feeling in the world is eating something fried like chicken fingers, or chicken nuggets, or a nice greasy steak and cheese sandwhich.
    Then 3 hours later being tired and out of it and beating yourself up for eating that bs.

    I occasionally get pizza as a cheat meal. I just had some the other night actually, mind you it was chicken, broccoli, peppers etc.
    I very seldom get stuff from a burger place but when I do it's grilled chicken or the odd burger when bulking.

    Pizza is ok in my book, i love that shit. As long as you're not loading it up with extra peperoni, sausage or ham it's not too bad for you. Anyone have a healthy recipie for pizza dough? If not I'll have to put one together... maybe like a wheat dough crust thats high in protien, that'd be pretty awesome.

    i eat at chipotle mexican grill a couple times a wk.if order properly u can get a clean meal.everything is fresh made and most of it is organic.i get a burrito bowl ,scoop pinto's ,scoop black beans ,two servings chicken, two scoops pico de gallo and thats it, clean meal and fast as well(a little pricey though,$9) it works out to like 60gms prot, 50gms carb and like 8 gms fat or so

    had a big mac for the first time prolly all year. big mac, fries, pop. then i went to my gfs and she made me 3 cups of hashbrowns with 5 whole eggs, followed by strawberries and coolwhip and then some cookies and milk in bed. slept like a baby

    I read the stats on an ultamate cheese burger from jack in the crack, over 1000 calories and 71grams of fat. I think I'll pass.

    i eat the shit out of KFC's Regular snackers....somewhere around 14 grams of protein and i do believe 7(?) carbs.....i'm trying to gain weight, so i just say hell w/it and grab four of em for $1 a piece

    Alright so here are the stats- i was mistaken.....
    290 Calories, 13 g of fat, 2.5 sat. fat, 0 trans fat, sodium= 680, 29 Carbs, and 15 g protein....................They're good, they're filling, they're CHEAP...if you haven't had one try them- REGULAR snacker w/the pepper mayo, the cheese is god aweful, and i've never tried the buffalo....

    That's a good way to gain weight...fat weight, not muscle.

    havnt u red, they have 0 grms trans fats, that means theyre healthy dont u know, i usually wash mine down with a rootbeer float, diet of course

    my mentality, my knowledge and my devotion to working out and being healthy is sooooooo strong in me that literally, LITERALLY i get sick to my stomach if i eat anything from a fast food joint!!

    no burgers, fries or anything like that!!

    if i want fries, i bake them in the over and sprinkle some seasoned salt garlic herb over them, omfg !!!

    and as for burgers, why eat out that junk when i make some delicious grilled chicken at my house with pineaple juice, or some teriyaki chicken, or garlic ginger, man the recipes go on and on and on !!!!

    on my cheat days, ill still eat healthy, like ill eat sushi !!! or ill go to outback steakhouse and eat some steak medium with some seasoned veggie medley, or ill go to chili's and have me the chicken torilla soup without the cheese and tortilla, or ill have there garlic and herb chicken with veggie mix, you can still eat healthy when you cheat

    i just dont eat no mother %@%@ number 1 at Mc. D's or a Jack's Ultimate Bacon Double Cheeseburger !!! ewwww!! Naaaaaaasty stuff !!!
