Continuing With The Egg Theme

What is the best way to prepare eggs to get the max out of them/how do you do it ?

I use an egg poacher, all i do is
fill it with a certain amount of water for however many eggs I have in there
(7 max),
put the eggs in,
put the top on,
wait for the buzzer to go off and let me know there boiled.
They come out just like I boiled them over the stove.
Then i crack them and discard the yolks, and save the egg whites
I picked on up on amazon for like 30$
