Bulking phase ?>@!#
if your bulking up, and attempting to eat lots of cals ...there are two different types of bulking ?? like dirty bulk and clean bulk....if your doing a dirty bulk, should you expect to gain more waist size then if you did a clean bulk or took a weight gainer ?

maybe im mixing these terms up but dirty bulk would be eating 1000-2000 calories over maintenance and clean would be 100-200 approx and adding another 1-2 hundred when you stop gaining. If im right on the definitions then you would gain more fat in a dirty bulk which would mean a larger waist. Most people I know prefer doing a clean bulk, but if you dont mind working your butt off in the gym to get that fat off then a dirty bulk works as well.

so when your attempting to bulk, is it ok to eat meals such as fast food at mcdonalds ?? with lots of grams of fat in it, since you want more calories overall anyways ?

Forget dirty versus clean. ALWAYS eat clean, unless you want to have cardiorespiratory arrest and perpetual CVAs. Yes be at a calorie surplus but from clean sources. Its not just as simplistic and implicit as "more calories". You must consider all macronutrients as well as micronutrients.

dirty vs clean bulk is just the type of foods you are using to bulk..dirty bulk=pizza, clean bulk=oats

Affirmative, that is what I said. Of course once in awhile feel free to indulge yourself. No harm in making your own wholesome pizzas and burgers either. Experiment.

well my friend was curious, because his bulk is the dirtiest of all dirty bulks...and he's wondering....."What happens to extra cals...If u eat clean....They just turn into fat anyway...So what's wrong with fattier food such as mcdonalds"

when i bulk i have atleast one cheat meal every 2-3days for sure.. really helps keep glycogen levels topped off..
