    Lunches @#!@

    i have no idea what a good healthy lunch is for me to eat... most people go to like subway or something like that, but i dont have money to eat out everyday, what should a good lunch be for somebody thats looking to bulk ?? my breakfast and dinner's are fine, i just tend to skip lunch because i dont even know what to eat ...
    i heard that you should only eat one meat product a day, so like hamburger for lunch, and fish for dinner wouldnt work...

    Who told you one meat product a day and what was their explanation? I'm curious. You should, if you can, be spreading your macros out between 5-6 meals per day.

    man, one meat product a day? I wouldn't get any more advice from whoever told you that. I agree with the above post, you should spread your meals out to at least 5 a day, but a good cheap lunch in a hurry might be as simple as some tuna on whole wheat bread or something like that. Not perfect, but beats the hell out of a Big Mac.

    i like the tuna idea, ill definitely going to try that one...and i got the whole one meat a day from when i googled nutrition facts and a web page came up...but i would like to know why would a dirty bulk be considered bad if thats what it is considered to be??

    that would depend on your goals and other factors. You will find much better info here in the diet forum than wherever suggested that, read up on bulking diets and see what you think.

    my goals right now would be to bulk gain muscle and strength, so in this case a dirty bulk would be acceptable ?

    eating lunch isnt hard, either take a sack lunch or if you must consume a quality weight gain shake would be my advice. Most hate shakes but i believe a shake would be better than scarfing mcdonalds

    as prada stated in your other thread, a clean bulk is the way to go for a number of factors.
