    When on a cutting diet.....

    should someone avoid all types of fruit?

    or does fruit play a vital part in leaning up and losing bf?

    if so, when should you most eat fruit? for breakfast? as a pre workout or post workout meal?

    or should it just be avoided all together?

    im making my own cliff notes to a great leaning up losing bf% diet !!!

    so i got it !!!

    only for breakfast

    pre workouts and post workouts

    but wait !!!!!

    .... wont eating a fruit before a workout spike my insulin????

    haha that's funny. I actually reported this thread last night in hopes a mod would at least check for a double ip address out there cause I swear it has to be someone messing with us.

    It´s problary a mod that´s makeing fun of me because I started a thread similar to this recently. First I thought that I was just going to ask if I should eat the skin from apples or if I should peel them but I also asked if it´s true that you can eat fruits for breakfast and for pwo when on a fatloss diet. I should have made a search for that. I don´t think that anyone have asked the first question I had before. I thought before that I would gain more fat or something if I eat apples with skin.

    i read another thread about low gi fruits

    strawberries
    blue, black, rasberries

    those are good for cutting diets, of course, for breakfast, pre workout and post workout

    see im learning !!!
