Yes, tea is supposed to be very good for you. Antioxidents and such. I always drink caffiene free with splenda as the sweetener

I been drinking about 2 gallons a day of it right now, on top of probably 4-5 bottles of water or more a day. So far during PCT my body fat has actually dropped 2% and my lean body mass has stayed the very same,,,couldnt get any better than that, of course my workouts have been very animalistic,,,,cant wait to start Test/Tren/Winny....

Nothing wrong with it... it's good for you and it should keep water retention low at a few gallons a day with it being a natural diuretic. Just depends if you can handle that much tea each day...

Go for it...as long as it's not sweetened with sugar..

I put a little bit of Sweet N Low in it. I tried Splenda in it and I dont like it as much, I save that for my oatmeal!! I have been drinking a ton of it and my gains are great so I will stick with it, plus I like it so much more than water.

I'm a sun brewer, myself. Give it a try. It takes just a few hours (usually).

I use good quality green teas. Maybe some dandelion tea in there, too (for the liver).

90% of the time it is water for me. I'm made up of about 13 gallons of it, or so.
