    Salad Dressing Dry Mixes!

Anybody else use these dry mixes with olive oil or udos to avoid using regular dressings? I'm eating a grilled chicken caeser salad right now with the dressing made from the dry mix with udos and it's freakin delicious! Just a diet tip if you haven't already thought of doing this beforehand!

And I would imagine that 90% of this board knows that olive oil has 14gm's of fat per tablespoon....whats your point?

    Dry mixes like these: http://www.kraftfoods.com/goodseason...nd-recipe-mix/

You can even get the Hidden Valley brand that tastes great with zero cals. Yes, I know Olive oil has fat in it. That's why I eat it!

Either way, bulking or cutting, you should add healthy fats like nuts and olive oil that are high in fat.

Slaiv, what are you getting your fat from

and Slaiv, how many carbs are you getting...

I definitely have a higher percentage of fats during my cutting phases as carbs come only in the form of breakfast and pwo, and 3 days a week there is no pwo.
