    Question MIKE_XXL "Lean Muscle Mass Kind Of Diet"!!!

    TOTAL CALORIES: 3047 calories per day
    How would you change your "gain lean muscle mass kind of diet" for non-workout days? In addition, what are the amounts (grams) of protein, carbs, and fats you are shooting for in every meal?

    I dont like that diet at all.
    On off days, I just reduce my cals slightly.
    The amount of grams one needs is subjective and personal. You need to calculate yourself how many you need, for example based on your stats.

    That's why I'm asking the amounts he consumes because I weigh the same and want to know how he splits it up.

    they have calculators where u can figure out how many cals u need from how much LBM you have .. just search around
