When it is ready to come out, you let it out. By the time it is ready to come out it is already passed through your intestines.

Its a natural process and food normally takes between 16-24hrs to pass thro in that time the body absorbs all the nutrients it needs and lets you vacate the old bowls when you need to do so!

It is recommended that you have at least 1 bowel movement a day. If not try incorporating more fiber in your diet. Meta-Muscel is an excellant source and easily mixed with water. Don't worry bro, there is no stupid questions here. It's all about learning and to do that somtimes you have to ask. Holding it in can lead to many different bacterial infections that will only go away with a trip to the doctor for some much needed anti-biotics.

Actually being regular is 2-3 times a day ... but one should concern himself eating 6 times a day and not haveing a movement at all .....
i hope yous are sure. because i go to toilet 1-2 times a day.
i hope i get the best out of the food and not wasting my time eating for nothing
LMAO funny mofo's anyway maybe ots the food you are eating I have had some problems this week not sure if its the cheap protein powder or to much fibre but 6 times per day is to much for my ass lol cant take it so have to sus out what is what I think I am hoping its not the protein considering I just bought 7kg of the stuff but anyway its a weird question it just comes out when its ready either way if its to quick or slow adjust your diet accordingly more or less fibre/fat or whatever way it needs to go

For best nutrient obsorbtion, let it out. Then eat it, so your body can process it again to make sure you sqeezed every bit of nutrient from it.

Well you should try and hold it in as long as possible. Just concentrate really hard, and then when you finally let it all out, look in the toilet to make sure there aren't any undigested peices of corn, or peanuts. If there are, you better eat them. You don't want to let anything go to waste.

I met is there a set amount of time after you eat before you go toilet so your stomach etc intesesaine or whatever you call it chews up the food so you get nutrients value out of it.
