    How much protein can the body absorb in one sitting?
    i oways wondered this 70g 120g ???

    Im not too sure anyone knows, really. There are a lot of factors involved including the food source and the individual makeup. I try to eat 50ish grams w/ everymeal. However, I know a few guys that eat 400-600 grams/ed and claim that it makes a noticable difference in their muscle composition.

    I shoot for 60-70g but I'm on a cycle right now... when I'm not I go for 45-50g

    Although, that site is called "natural physiques" and protein synthesis is much quicker for someone using uh... "not natural" substances

    Yikes that kind of high.. in my opinion taking in account that your body at the most absorbs around 40 to 50 grams of protein and the rest of it goes down the drain according to what i have read.
