Quick question regarding spiking insulin AFTER workout

lets say i dont have dextrose or the maltodex one, but i need some sugar to spike my insulin A.S.A.P. since i JUST finished working out

i have some 30% less fat Dark Chocolate Rasinets kid size (you know the one for Halloween, where the serving size is 3 small pouches to equal the nutritional facts)

well.... what if i ate 1 small pouch? here are the macros

    Cal - 67
    Fat - 3g
    Carb - 12g (1g is dietary fiber)
    Protein - .8g

what do you guys think? 11g of it is sugar!! would that be ok? sure not a staple in my diet and spiking my insulin post workout, but if u have nothing else, would this be ok?

Just get some SweetTarts, or Smarties, they're made of Dextrose. Forget about the Dark Chocolate Rasinets.

yeah the spike in insulin will store the fat as bodyfat, so try to eat any fats with carbs. Also 11g of sugar wont do too much. I put 80-100 grams of carbs (sugar) in my pwo. Any sort of simple sugar will work
