Rate my PWO shake !!
here goes
2 scoops of whey (48g)
5g of glutamine
5g of creatine
1 cup of oatmeal (54g)
blend for about 60seconds with about 4-6 ice cubes, Mmm mmm !!!!!!
what do you guys think??
is this good?! will this supply my body with the nutrients it needs asap? should i add some dextrose? or with what im using i should get a good insulin spike?
a guy at the vitamin shoppe told me i should eat some fruit to spike my insulin, but what do you guys think?
i know sugar is a form of carb, if i add it then my shake will be ALOT of carbs
well, thoughts??

More carbohydrates... I'd add 40g dextrose.
I read somewhere that it's a waste to take glutamine at the same time as whey because they conflict in the digestion or something like that... Ill check it out.

ill look into that!!
so then when should i take the glutamine? PreWO?
and another thing..... use the 40g of dextrose for the insulin spike? so no fruit then?!

If you add fat easily, then skip the dextrose pwo.
Me personally, I can't be within a 3 foot radius of any kind of sugar, especially when I'm cutting.

dont you need the sugars to stop cortisol production .
