Would this diet work?
This is my cutting diet. I am 5'11, 225 w/ about 20-22%BF. My buddy on the other hand is 5'5 135lbs with about 6-10%bf(I'll try to get some pics of him). He can't get any size for the life of him. He claims to eat "at least" 3000cals a day and is "eating non stop", but he has no diet set up or anything of that sort. I know he eats horribly though. He gets his cals from burger king, ice cream sundays, sodas, and other "healthy" choices alike. He has joined other forums before and they said to just eat anything and everything. I think it would be wiser to eat healthier choices. Do you think my cutting diet would work for him as a bulking diet considering our two different body types. He is willing to do it to a tee with the exception of the eggs. He'll use another source of protein. I figure times will be a lil different, but probably spread out the same. Will it work as a good start? I think protein maybe a lil high and not enough fats, but not sure what else. Thanks

Your diet looks pretty decent... may want to get some fats at your last meal to slow digestion. If your buddy wants to use your diet for bulking, he will want to bump the carbs and fats up... probably add another meal too. When are you doing cardio?

thanks. I am currently only doing about 15-30 min post work out. I am recovering from knee surgury and it has almost been a month. As soon as I am about 100% I'll be doing cardio at about 4:30 am for about 45 mins. So, you think the cal intake isn't too low for my buddy though. I figured he'd have to add some carbs in there, but just wasn't sure if it was enough cals.

ya I was told that before, but I seem to gain fat pretty easily, so, I didn't want to much of anything to the last meal.
