    My Lean Bulk Diet ---- Critiques?

    Hey guys, lil background on me....last october I got married. When we got our wedding pics back, I realized that I had kinda let myself go a bit. I was 6'2 243 lbs. and probably 25% bf. I started dieting in January and started training again in march. In that time period I lost 27 lbs with just diet and light cardio. So I entered the gym at 216 lbs. ~16-17% bf. I started lifting in march and os of this morning I am at 228 lbs. 13.5 - 13.9% bf. I am trying to put on muscle while trimming down fat concentrations. I will be going on a cut diet in January. But I would like to put on about 10 - 15 quality lbs. by then. Please critique my lean bulk diet and let me know what you think.

    7 am - 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs 4 pieces wheat toast
    musclemilk shake 1 banana; 2 grams arginine, multi vit, gluc chond
    1 gram taurine

    9:30 am - 8-10 oz chicken or turkey breast and 1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda
    and 2 tbsp PB

    12:00 pm - 8-10 oz chicken or turkey breast w/ two slices of 24 per
    slice whole grain bread or 1 cup brown rice; 2 grams arginine,
    1 gram taurine, 100mg potassium

    2:30 pm - same as 9:30am meal

    5:00 pm - NO Xplod, 2 grams arginine, 1 gram taurine, 100mg potassium

    5:30 pm - workout

    7:15 pm - muscle milk shake, 1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda and 2 tbsp PB

    8:15 pm - 8-10 oz chicken, turkey or lean red meat and 1 cup brown rice or
    small baked potatoe

    I drink between 1.5 and 2 gallons of water a day. I am currently taking clen which is why I am taking taurine and potassium. Let me know what you guys think.

    86 the muscle milk..... and get a real protein isolate....

    Ditch the muscle milk, toast, and banana....increase to 8 eggs (6 white/2 whole) and cup of oatmeal...


    9:30 am - 8-10 oz chicken or turkey breast and 1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda
    and 2 tbsp PB

    ditch the pb....drop to half cup oats and add in a veggie or salad...


    12:00 pm - 8-10 oz chicken or turkey breast w/ two slices of 24 per
    slice whole grain bread or 1 cup brown rice; 2 grams arginine,
    1 gram taurine, 100mg potassium


    ditch the toast....and go 1/2 cup brown rice and add in a veggie..or possibly ditch the rice altogether and add a veggie


    2:30 pm - same as 9:30am meal

    same as previously stated...

    5:00 pm - NO Xplod, 2 grams arginine, 1 gram taurine, 100mg potassium

    5:30 pm - workout

    7:15 pm - muscle milk shake, 1 cup oatmeal w/ splenda and 2 tbsp PB

    Ummm...pwo shake...40g whey, 80g dextrose, water...ditch the rest

    8:15 pm - 8-10 oz chicken, turkey or lean red meat and 1 cup brown rice or
    small baked potatoe

    this looks good....
