My gf wants to loose some weight, but its nothing special, IMO about 5 pounds....

But here's the thing : SHE DOESN'T WORKOUT!

She honestly doesn't have the time, I can attest to the fact she's not making exuces! SO, its that fact, thats throwing me off on the whole approach to the thing!

I was thinking something like low cals, low carb, no eating b4 bed, keeping it simple really, no need for a high protein intake as she has no real muscle to loose!

I got her on t4/clen for starters, just to make up for the fact she doesn't workout, and adjusted the doses accordingly!

Any tips?
