    Help please! it's only been 2hrs....

    since my last meal and im STARVING !!!! wtf?!?!

    let me break down to you guys what my diet is, well, let me just tell you EXACTLY what i ate yesterday. Keep in mind, im on a cutting diet

    Protein / Carb / Fat

    Meal 1 (6:30am)

    4oz chicken breast 24 / 1 / 1.5
    1/2 cup oats 4 / 27 / 1
    1/2 cup Kellogs Extra Fiber Cereal 3 / 8(real carbs) / 1
    1 1/2 scoop of Whey 36 / 3.5 / 2
    1/2 cup lowfat milk 6 / 12 / 4
    1 DHEA capsule
    2 Arginine
    1 Multivitamin

    Total 73 / 51.5 / 9.5

    Meal 2 (10:00am)

    5oz tuna 32 / 2 / 1.5
    1 Dannon Light&Fit Serving of Vanilla Yogurt 8 / 12 / 0
    **Vanilla STRANGELY has less sugar than the PLAIN**
    3/4 cup of Kashi Honey Oat Cereal 5 / 12(real carbs) / 1
    8oz of Organic Green Tea that I make out the tea bag

    Total 45 / 26 / 1.5

    Meal 3 (1:00pm)

    4oz chicken breast 24 / 1 / 1.5
    2 tblsp of Pase(Paco)sp? MILD Salsa 0 / 2 / 0
    2 Slices of Fat Free Cheddar Cheese 10 / 4 / 0
    2 Low Carb Wheat Tortillas 8 / 10 / 4
    Dash of All Season Salt
    8oz of Organic Green Tea that I make out the tea bag

    Total 42 / 17 / 5.5

    Meal 4 (4:00pm)

    5oz Tuna 32 / 2 / 1.5
    2 tblsp of P.B. 8 / 6 / 16

    Total 40 / 8 / 17.5

    PreWO (6:30pm)

    2 scoops Whey
    2 scoops of Carb
    5g Glutamine
    5g Creatine
    5g BCAA
    1 tab of Carnitine

    PWO (8:30pm)
    1 scoop of whey
    4 scoops of carb
    1 scoop of cassein
    5g creatine
    5g BCAA

    Meal 5 (9:45pm)
    4oz tilapia 23 / 1 / 2.5
    Steamed Bell Pepper (Green, Red) 1 / 7 / 1
    Steamed Broccolli 1 / 4 / 1

    Meal 6 (11:00pm)

    1/2 cup of almonds 8 / 6 / 13
    8oz of Grean Tea
    1 DHEA capsules
    2 Arginine Capsules

    BUT OK !!! there is what i ate yesterday !! and about 1-2 hours AFTER every meal i was STARVING !!!

    HELP ME !! why is that !?! is my metabolism THAT FAST NOW !?!?!? did i go overboard?!?!

    am i a fat burning machine yet

    but yea, please help me out... you guys have critiqued this diet before and you says looks pretty solid, but man, its getting to where im going to have to eat DOUBLE the servings to get full !!

    please... please tell me that dying of hunger 1hour after I eat is part of the leaning up diet? or am i doing something wrong?

    help me.....

    u'll get used to it, its always hard in the begining and it gets easier, trust me

    no no i dont mind at all !!!

    but like i said, the hunger worries me!!

    i know im not supposed to be feeling hungry, if i eat small meals every 3 hrs i should be fine, and i was at first, but now its not cutting it anymore! im starving!!

    but then is it good that i feel hungry? or is it bad?

    should i be starving my body? or shouldnt i?

    by starving my body, will i slow my metabolism? or speed it up?

    you see !! all these questions is what worries me !!!

    ...... is this a normal feeling? is it ok to starve once in a while?

    i dont mind if it is!! trust me!! nothing gets me happier then to feel slim!! but if im doing harm to myself by feeling hungry, please let me know !!!

    your not starving ur body, calm down, really!just stick with ur diet u'll be fine

    i feel hungry all the time while cutting even though im eating close to 3000 cals.i think for me its having my carbs so low, 180gms a day.

    yea yea !! my carbs are low !! if you notice i eat alot of carb free if not low carb foods !!

    Eat greens like broccoli and as someone else said, lettuce. They will keep you full. Drink more water too.

    whats funny is that when i drink water, i get MORE HUNGRY !!

    lately ive been cutting back on water, because ill chug and chug that water and when i use the restroom, i empty myself out and im soooo hungry !!

    for example, i just finished eating 5oz of lemon pepper tuna and i ate 2 tblsp of PB with some almonds, i should be ready to pop !!

    but guess what.... i just used the restroom (#1) and now im hungry again... and i just ate 1:13min ago :'(

    oh god...... but its ok.... in about 1 more hour and a half im gonna get REAL full with some nice PREWO, Mmm..... i cant wait !!!

    You could also try and get a little more good fat by throwing some more nuts into the mix. Only just a handfull or so, will help by slow digestion a bit. Or you could try supplementing with fish oil capsules and have those with each meal.

    yea yea !! im picking up a bit more on my almond consumption

    but i dont want to go over 39g of fat and them almonds are like 14g of fat ALONE with only 1/4 a cup !!!!!

    I'd suggest there isn't enough protein.. when i cut.. that's all i'll take in if i am hungry..

    oh and meridia helps a lot..
