meal 1 10am 4 scrambled egss and 2 toast with protein shake
meal 2 12pm 120g chicken large sweet patato
gym 2pm
meal 3 3.30pm pro shake 150g lean beef
meal 4 5pm bbq chick 200g with brown rice
meal 5 7.30pm 2 cans tuna with 2 small sweet patatoes
meal 6 8.30pm pro shake with nuts and fruit
meal 7 11pm 100g chick with bean spoutes and large glass milk.
this is what i have planed for my bulking diet hopeing to hit 200lbs in around 9/12 months with this diet and a cycle of test/deca/drol.
hit me with what you guys think and fix it if it needs .
