Cutting diet, just like the sticky...critique pls

Ok, so I'm 6'4" 215lbs and from what people on here have said by looking at some of my pics, I'm around 13%BF. I read over the sticky about the cutting diet but I have little to zero knowledge about nutrition so I tried to construct a sample diet and need some help tweaking it. Here it is...

Following 45 mins of cardio on an empty stomach

Meal 1 - 6 eggs and 1/2 cup oatmeal or toast with peanut butter

Meal 2 - Tuna sandwich with Miracle Whip

Meal 3 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup almonds

Meal 4 - 2 chicken breast with 1 cup rice

Meal 5 - 1 cup yogurt and apple

    WORKOUT

Meal 6 - PWO shake...2 scoops of protein with 50g dextrose and 50g maltodextrine

Meal 7 - 2 chicken breast and banana

**EDIT** I forgot to add all the numbers, though not sure if it's all accurate but...314g protein, 280g carbs, 103g fat

Thanks, in advance, for all advice and ideas

Most ppl here will probably tell you to fill in the macros for each meal so they can better assess your diet. May be tedious at first but, when others can see specifics about when & what you are consuming they can critique better.

    38g protein/28g carbs/5g fat

Meal 3 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup almonds
    47g protein/26g carbs/39g fat

Meal 4 - 2 chicken breast with 1 cup brown rice

Meal 1 - 6 eggs (1 whole, 5 whites), 1 slice of low fat cheese and 1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2 - Tuna sandwich use real mayo...just a spoonfull, don't over do it....

Meal 3 - 1 cup low fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup almonds
One or the other...don't be mixing fat and carbs here...

Meal 4 - 2 chicken breast with 1 cup brown rice
    52g protein/90g carbs/5g fat

Meal 5 - 1 cup yogurt and apple
For cutting and pre-workout....I'd stick to a protein shake with flax oil in it...or even a protein shake and whole wheat bagel rather than this....

    WORKOUT

Meal 6 - PWO shake...2 scoops of protein with 50g dextrose and 50g maltodextrine
Ummm....50g and 50g is 100g of carbs bro....

Meal 7 - 2 chicken breast and banana
banana???? chicken and rice pwo meal....

That's from the sticky? It looks like a bulking diet for a 140lbs ectomorph, rather than a cutting diet. I would gain fat on that. And be hungry.

Ok I checked the sticky, and yours is a little more carb heavy, but not much.... Wow, that's crazy.... It's not good to trash the stickies on a forum, so I think I'll just shut up now.
