Okay guys gotta ? for yah. I work out right before I go to sleep reason being is I work night shift and pull about a 14hr shift so as soon as I get off I work out after my workout I have a scoop of cell mass then about 20 min later a whey protein shake. Now I guess my main question is I also have true-mass would that be good pwo nutrition? It has about 630 caleries 50g of protein and 70g of carbs if not what do you suggest I cant cook anything I am in the middle of a giant sand box.
