    Weight Gainer + Bulking Diet

    This is my bulking diet..

    I am 20, 5'8, 165lbs, bf? 11%, almost 1 1/2 years lifting

    10:00 - cytogainer w/ 16 oz milk

    12:00 - protein + veggies + cheese + centrum performance mv

    02:00 - protein + 1/2 cup of rice + labrada elastijoint

    04:00 - protein + lettuce w/ dressing

05:30 - ham & cheese sandwich or 1/2 of cup of fruits

    06:00 - workout

    07:45 - cytogainer

    08:30 - protein + 1/2 cup of rice

    10:30 - protein + 2 tblsp of peanut butter

    12:30 - cytogainer

*protein = meat = steak, fish, or chicken = 20-30

I don't know exactly how many calories and carbs I eat, but this is a broad idea. supps = cytosport cytogainer, centrum performance multivitamins, & labrada elastijoint.

I work out Mon,Tues,Thurs,Fri..the others are 20-30 min light cardio/rest days.

Can someone give me advice on this diet and an estimate of my BF, which reads about 10% on the electronic hand-held ones.

Like most kids my age 90% of my friends have already juiced at like 18-21. I was about to, had the juice and everything, but decided to do research through this forums. So now I'm dieting and training 4 instead of 5-6 days a week. I want to reach my genetic potential before I touch any gear.

    GOAL = to get big

It would help for you to total protein/fat/carbohydrate counts for all your meals, as well as the whole day.

At a quick glance, I can say you need less cytogainer and more real foods.

kudos for actually being smart and staying off the gear at your age. Def. count everything to get a more accurate idea of what your intake should be.
